Atllas offers modern products to streamline their agents’ marketing efforts, online presence and networking. Their products include Open Home, Loop, AI CRM and Cold Call AI.
I was the UX/UI Designer tasked to handle their website, tablet and mobile app designs. The team composed of myself, stakeholder, product owner, developers and a CRO Specialist.
My task was to brainstorm and improve their onboarding feature, which guides the user through signing up and navigating the intial stages of the platform.
How might we guide the user as they sign up and navigate the initial stages of the platform?
The main target audience for this project are real estate agents who are subscribed to Atllas’ platinum plan. These agents have full access to Atllas’ suite of over 10 business management products, real estate training and transaction support. They have full access to the platinum agents portal and mobile app.
This project was segregated into two: App onboarding being screens users go through prior to using the application and in-app onboarding being screens users go through after they are taken into the app.
Paywall screens were also incorporated in the app onboarding flow. Users are oriented between free and premium benefits and encouraged to sign up as a premium member with a limited time offer.
After the user downloads the app, they will be onboarded with three flows: landing screens, sign up and paywall.

If the user clicks on No, thank you, an “are you sure” screen appears and gives users a last chance to claim their discount.
Once the user declines their free trial, a feedback form lets the user share their reason for declining.
